The race is on to get tickets for the Road Cycling World Championships
The Organising Committee has chosen BestTicket and IBTicket to sell the tickets and spectators will only pay for tickets for the three road races (for the Cycling Stadium and for the Ronchi Climb, which is the most technically significant part of the race): Under 23, Elite Women and Men.
The general public will have free access to the «Binda» and «Ganna» grandstands for the opening ceremony and the time trial races. Naturally this access does not include the seats reserved for Gold weekend ticket holders; these seats will be available though during the rest of the week. Gold ticket holders can lunch at the VIP Restaurant from Tuesday to Sunday.
Tickets
Weekend and day tickets are going on sale for seats in the Parterre area of the Cycling Stadium (which provide access to the railings by the finish line) and the Ronchi Climb (in areas with maxi screens). Even though these tickets enable fans to get a “front-row” view of the most exciting moments of the World Championships, they are not for seated areas.
Then weekend tickets will go on sale for the numbered seats in the Cycling Stadium grandstand. Day tickets will go on sale in the final weeks before the World Championships start (availability permitting).
